Why Work With Me?

I bring a rare combination of global comparative experience, EU policy expertise and hands-on programme knowledge across more than 100 countries. My work sits at the intersection of migration policy, diaspora engagement and development practice, allowing me to translate complex issues into clear, practical and strategic solutions for clients.

  • Deep EU migration policy expertise – including Mobility Partnerships, Talent Partnerships and legal pathways – enabling precise, policy-aligned analysis and recommendations.

  • Extensive comparative diaspora experience – built through multi-regional mappings (Africa, LAC, MENA, Asia, Central Asia, Europe) and sectoral studies across health, entrepreneurship, research, youth and heritage.

  • Specialised skills in diaspora mobilisation – from skills profiling methodologies to talent schemes, volunteering programmes and expertise deployment.

  • Strong grounding in programme realities – through learning reviews, real-time assessments, and direct support to government institutions, diaspora organisations and implementing partners.

  • A commitment to clarity and usability – ensuring all outputs are decision-ready, actionable and tailored to operational and policy contexts.

  • Multilingual delivery (EN/FR/ES) – enabling effective collaboration across diverse stakeholders and regions.
